Limited Scope Representation

Limited scope representation, or "unbundled services" as it is sometimes called, is retaining an attorney to assist with a specific, limited part of a legal problem.

While having an attorney handle an entire matter from start to finish is ideal, that is not always possible for some clients. In those situations, limited scope representation can provide assistance with the portion that most concerns the client.
