Legal Aid Society of Salt Lake is a non-profit organization that provides free legal services to residents of Salt Lake county. Their focus is on assisting low income families who are victims of domestic abuse, but they assist with other family law issues as well.
The Utah State Court's website has a number of useful resources. Check out the Self Help Resources section which has instructions and forms for family law, civil actions, estate planning and probate, and many other topics.
The Utah Legislature has this online version of the Utah Code. Although it is not easily navigated, it is still a useful way to find the current state laws.
Brigham Young University's law library has numerous resources such as practice guides, periodicals, reference materials, and copies of the Utah code.
